Bawa. Al-salam 'alaykum wa-rahmat Allah wa-barakatuhu kulluhu. Wa 'alaykum al-salam wa-rahmat Allah wa-barakatuhu kulluhu. May All The Peace, The Beneficence, And The Blessing of God Be Upon You, Your Family, And Your Friends.
Bawa. My Love You, My Dearest Loving Older Brother of “The One True Heart” of God, President Jimmy Carter, and that is for sure.
Bawa. Thank You For “Your Faith and Trust In God” That You Have Demonstrated During “Your Public Life“ In The World, It Has Always Been An Inspiration For Those of Us Living In The World Who Are Trying To Also “Make A Difference” In The World Through “Our Faith and Trust In God”, and that is for sure.
Bawa. We Have Been A Tiny Student of His Holiness, M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.) For 38 Years, Who Came To America In 1971 And Who Lived With Us And Taught Us About “The True Nature” of God Within Us, Which In Truth Is “Oneness” With Us, And If We Like, Which Is Our “Oneness” With Him, And With Each Other, Until December 8th, 1986, When His Holiness Physically Left The World, Having Established During That Time “The Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship” In America With Its Main Branch At 5820 Overbrook Avenue, In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, and that is for sure.
Bawa. Since The Physical Passing of His Holiness From Our Presence His Children Have Loving Established Both “The Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship Web Site” (www.bmf.org) As Well As “A Holy Shrine” Near Coatesville, Pennsylvania, About An Hours Ride From Philadelphia, Where His Holiness Is Buried, Along With Now Many of His Children, and that is for sure.
Bawa. We Are Writing You This Letter, Sending It To “The Carter Center”, To Ask For Your Help In Starting Up “A New Company Together” That Focuses On “Affordable Housing” In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, and that is for sure.
Bawa. Any Guidance That You Could Provide Concerning The Best Way To Set Up Such A Company, Fund It, And Make It Both “Humanly Successful” As Well As “Financially Successful” Would Be Greatly Appreciated, and that is for sure.
Bawa. Recently Our Dearest Loving Son Michael Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.) Called Our Dearest Loving Son, And Your Dearest Loving Brother, Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.), In Whom “We Are Well Pleased”, To Discuss “The Direction” That He Should Now Take In “His Life”, For The Benefit of “His Family” And For The Benefit of “His Life” In “The World”, and that is for sure.
Bawa. A Question Which In Truth Involves “All of Us” Now Living In “The World”, if you like, For In Truth We Are All “The One True Life” of God That Has Now Come Into “The World”, again if you like,, and that is for sure.
Bawa. That Is, “If You Are A Wise Child”, Now For Our Age, And “Not Just A Foolish Child”, Now For Our Age, As Bawa Teaches Us, And Now As Our Dearest Loving Son, And Your Dearest Loving Brother, Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.), In Whom “We Are Well Pleased”, Is Teaching Us Again, and that is for sure.
Bawa. The Focus of Their Talk Was Around The Desire of Michael Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.) to Get Into “The Housing Market”, That Is, to Get Into The Market of Buying Houses, Fixing Them Up, And Then Renting Them Out, And of Potentially Selling That Property For A Profit And Buying Another House, For The Purpose of “Doing The Same Thing” With The New House, And of Doing “This” Over, And Over, And Over Again, Leading To “Financial Security” For Himself and For “His Family”, and that is for sure.
Bawa. All of Which Has Now Become “A Common Path” To “Financial Security” Recommended In America, With Many TV Programs and Books Presenting “The Why” And “The How” of “This Path” To “Financial Security” In America, and that is for sure.
Bawa. However, There Are Two Different Ways To Take Advantage of This Current Approach To “Financial Security” In America, “One Way” Is Very, Very, Very Risky, And “The Other Way” Provides A Very Secure Approach To “Financial Security” In “Your Life”, Both Within And Without, and that is for sure.
Bawa. The First Way, Which Is What Michael Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.) Wants To Enter, And Which Is Very, Very, Very Risky, Involves Him Buying Houses, Fixing Them Up, And Then Renting Them Out, With The Potential of Selling That Property For A Profit And Buying Another House, For The Purpose of “Doing The Same Thing” With The New House, And of Doing “This” Over, And Over, And Over Again, Leading To “Financial Security” For Himself and For “His Family”, and that is for sure.
Bawa. And The Second Way, Which Is What “We” Strongly Recommended For Our Dearest Loving Son Michael Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.), Is For Him To Focus On Just “Fixing Them Up”, Rather Than On “Buying Them”, And Then “Renting Them Out”, With The Potential of “Selling That Property” For A Profit And “Buying Another House”, With Him “Doing The Same Thing” With The New House, and that is for sure.
Bawa. For In “The Second Way”, Which Is What “We” Strongly Recommended To Our Dearest Loving Son Michael Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.), Which Is Him Focusing On Just “Fixing Them Up”, He Is Putting All of His Resources Into “Making Himself More Valuable”, As He Gains In “Skill & Knowledge & Experience”, For Example, In Creating “Affordable Housing” For The Benefit of All of “The People” Now Living In Philadelphia, And Potentially For The Benefit of All of “The People” Now Living In America, And Potentially For The Benefit of All of “The People” Now Living In The World, and that is for sure.
Bawa. While In “The First Way”, Which Is What “We” Strongly Did Not Recommend For Our Dearest Loving Son Michael Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.), Which Is HIm Just Focusing On Buying Houses”, And Then “Renting Them Out”, With The Potential of Him “Selling That Property” For A Profit And “Buying Another House”, And With Him “Doing The Same Thing” With The New House, The Risk To “The Financial Security” For Himself and For “His Family”, Is Very, Very Very High, and that is for sure.
Bawa. Because In “This First Way” He Is Putting All of His Resources Into “Making Houses More Valuable”, Not In Making “Himself More Valuable”, Both As “A Skilled, Knowledgeable, And Helpful Person” To “His Community”, And In Truth As “A Valuable Human Resource” To Everyone Living In “The World”, and that is for sure.

(Note: Aaron Is Michael’s Brother, And Aziza Is His Mother. His Father Recently Died, and Is Buried Near “The Shrine” of His Holiness, M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.), and that is for sure)
02. Next “We” Can Start To Put Into Place All of “The Necessary Resources” To Make “Our New Company” Truly “A Success”, First In Philadelphia, Then In America, And Then In “The World”, Which Will Involve, As A Start, The Following,
a. Becoming Knowledge About “Everything Necessary” To Transform “A Typical City House” Into “Affordable Housing” For “The People” Living In Philadelphia, and that is for sure.
b. “A Detailed Plan” To Make “Our New Company” Both “A Shining Success”, Both From “A Human Perspective”, And From “A Financial Perspective”, And As “An Example” For “Other People” To “Do The Same”, and that is for sure.
